The UNC Sugar Bears are affiliated with the UNC "Pride of the Rockies" Marching Band. They play a major role with the marching band during football season and perform with them at all home football games. The Sugar Bears and the "Pride" travel to outside events and games including a CBA performance and an away football game. The Sugar Bears continue their season with performances at all Men's and Women's home basketball games. The Sugar Bears also perform throughout the year at multiple charity events and high school spirit events, such as the State competition.
